Intuitive Coaching
Service Agreement
This agreement is between Kristen McPike Hypnotherapy ("I", "my," "Kristen McPike") and the recipient ("their" "you", "your") of Intuitive Coaching services ("sessions"). By checking "I have read and agree to the Intuitive Coaching Service Agreement" when booking an Intuitive Coaching session, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
Services
Intuitive Coaching services are offered in three different session types all intended to assist in navigating a recipient's intuitive journey. The scope of these services includes discussing intuitive-related matters, including existential experiences, navigating life through intuition, exploring intuitive decision making, intuitive gifts, and the like. A recipient may book one session type at a time that may best fit their needs and desired goals. Services may also include receiving valuable resources, including but not limited to insightful videos, books, articles, exercises, audio, and products that may be beneficial to a recipient's intuitive journey in addition to a session. I may also ask for any additional information through forms or communications in order to provide better assistance and/or for additional documentation. All sessions are currently held remotely through Zoom.
1 on 1 (30-minute Zoom session) $55
This session is an open discussion about the recipient's intuitive journey. We'll explore where you may be looking for assistance in navigating your experiences and help you feel empowered on your path.
1 on 1 (60 -minute Zoom session) $95
This session includes an exploration of the recipient's intuitive journey and struggles with it. This will include tailored mindfulness exercises to assist a recipient back into the present moment feeling empowered on their path.
1 on 1 (90 -minute Zoom session) $200
This extensive session goes straight to the Source. This session explores what a recipient may be looking to gain clarity to in regards to their intuitive journey. A list of questions is created that will be asked during a 40 minute guided hypnotherapy journey to ask their higher mind to receive feedback. This will be a talk-back hypnotherapy session that will be recorded for future reflection.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking an appointment. Payment can be deferred to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduled appointment is made prior to the 24-hour mark from the original appointment start time. Refunds may not be granted with less than 24-hour notice from your appointment. The rates listed are honored at the time of booking. Session Rates may change without notice.

Confidentiality
Kristen McPike agrees to keep all conversations and information with the recipient private and confidential, as allowable by law. No personal information will be shared with anyone without your expressed permission. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else.

Please note that I don’t make any guarantees about the results of the information applied on this website or what may be disclosed through Intuitive Coaching services. I share educational and informational resources that are intended to help you succeed in navigating your intuitive path. You nevertheless need to know that your ultimate success will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond my knowledge and control.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We all know things can happen, but it's important to stay aware of our time together so you get the most out of your session. If you are running late, need to reschedule, or cancel an appointment at any time please call or text Kristen at (310) 922-8298 or email her at kristenmcpikehypnotherapy@gmail.com. Appointment reminders are sent via email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The timestamp on the initial text, call, or email when communication is received will be honored for the conditions below.
Any late cancellation or reschedule (any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment) may result in a loss of a paid session.
There are no charges for early rescheduling or canceling of appointments. Full refunds will be offered to those canceling prior to the 24-hour mark or will be offered to defer payment to a rescheduled appointment.
You understand that if you are up to 25 minutes late (15 minutes late for 30 minute 1 on 1 sessions) to your appointment, it will come out of your session time. The session will still be charged the full rate with the allotted time remaining.
You understand that if you are late beyond 25 minutes late (15 minutes late for 30 minute 1 on 1 sessions) that it will be considered a late cancellation and you would still be required to pay the full rate of the session.
If I should need to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you may receive a complimentary session and/or refund.
