Fear may play an important role when it comes to survival, but what happens when it keeps us from going after the life we want? In this event, we'll break down fear, anxiety, and worry to help you gain more courage to step into whom you want to be. Together we will talk generally about what may make us fearful from taking the next steps in our lives, why that fear may have had importance and how to release it with grace. We will also go over the significance of having patience and compassion for ourselves during challenging times and why it may feel uncomfortable to do so. This event is here to help you feel more confident in choosing small acts of fearlessness to help you embrace more joy in your life. 

At the end of this event, we will do a relaxing, guided journey to help you feel refreshed and more in control when unwanted fear may arise again.
