C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y
We all know things can happen, but it's important that my clients and I are aware of our time together so we get the most out of our session. If you are running late, need to reschedule, or cancel an appointment at any time please call or text Kristen at (310) 922-8298 or email at kristenmcpikehypnotherapy@gmail.com. The timestamp on the initial text, call, or email when communication is received will be honored for the following conditions:

Any late cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment (any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment) may result in a late cancellation fee of $45.00.
If a client is up to 25 minutes late to an appointment, it will come out of the session time. Clients will still be charged the full rate for this session with the remaining time allotted.
If a client is beyond 25 minutes late it will be considered a late cancellation and a late cancellation fee may be applied.
Any appointment cancellations or reschedules prior to the 24-hour mark will be honored with a refund if the session has been paid or will have the option to reschedule and apply the balance to the rescheduled appointment with no additional fees.
A no-show without communicating with Kristen will automatically be charged $45.00 for the session.

More than 3 late cancellations/no-shows in 4 months may result in a suspension or permanent loss of services.
